We transformed an underused CRM into a fully functional automation and analytics platform. The system was redesigned to replace manual Excel-based workflows with structured processes, automated data synchronization, and a clear operational view. Customer inquiries were automatically captured with route preferences, flight data was processed and presented in a clear interface, and operators could select and send optimal options in one click.
